Paul joined Mercia in October 2017 having previously been responsible for quality at Baker Tilly International. Having qualified with what is now Deloitte, he spent many years working in a technical role in mid-tier accounting firms before moving on to a role developing the Baker Tilly International network increasing its global reach and introducing a global audit methodology and quality assurance processes. Paul lives in Maidenhead with his wife and is slowly adjusting to the challenges of two young grandchildren.
